소개
This is a month to month based program for people who are looking to try new workout routines, tone up and want to increase their levels of activity. This is a beginning to intermediate level program that requires minimal equipment (yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance bands; optional: barbell and weighted plates). The ideal amount of time to use this program is at least 6 months to a year. After that, it is up to you to continue with one on one coaching or try another plan. On EBB, we have multiple workout routines to try! If still new to training, the "4 Weeks Stronger" plan may be a great place to start! If looking for a more intense program that focuses on the powerlifting movements, then "Powerbuilding 2.0" may be another wonderful option! With every program, there is a liability, please be advised of the terms and conditions that exist with purchasing a program.
